Celebrated by the Ahanta and Nzema people of the Western region of Ghana. It is celebrated to thank God for the abundance of food at the time of the harvest period of the area.
On September 9th of the year 2023 the Axim Kundum music jam was held at the Victoria Park in Axim in the western region of Ghana by Onua tv a subsidiary of Media General. Eith millennium Telesat providing bright satellite and streaming transmission on the television screens of Ghanaians across the nation.
The event was fun packed with music and dancing.
