Zongo Trade Connect is an entrepreneurial summit organized for the zongo communities to empower and transform the communities. It is an event in Ghana that includes a workshop with industry professionals, a two-day exhibition, networking opportunities, and other activities. The 2024 event took place on March 8. Zongo connect is an opportunity to learn and connect more with other Zongo members.
Zongo communities are made up of people from the middle and lower classes in Ghana, as well as immigrants from neighboring countries. The Hausa people from Nigeria and Niger were the first settlers of the zongs, building makeshift houses to raise capital and return to their hometowns. Many of these settlers eventually adopted their new homes as permanent residences.

This year’s summit was very entertaining, educative and very informative and as usual, MILLENNIUM TELESAT, together with Baina Tv helped stream this program successfully.
